Federica Cadorin

Federica Cadorin is a Fellow of the Program on Corporate Governance. She is also a Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School and a S.J.D. candidate at University of Milan. Her current research focuses on the protection of minority shareholders upon a change in the control of the company, with particular reference to “asymmetric” M&A transactions. Prior to joining Harvard Law School, Federica practiced on corporate law matters at Professor Roberto Sacchi’s legal boutique in Milan and was a law clerk for the Board of Arbitrators of the Italian Stock Exchange. She holds a J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Milan (2017).
