Masaki Iwasaki is a Fellow of the Program on Corporate Governance. He is also a Terence M. Considine Fellow in Law and Economics and a Graduate Student Affiliate at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs and an S.J.D. candidate at Harvard Law School. Prior to coming to Harvard, he practiced as an attorney at the largest law firm in Japan. His paper titled “Effects of External Whistleblower Rewards on Internal Reporting” received the John M. Olin Prize in Law and Economics in 2018 and was featured in the CLS Blue Sky Blog. His recent papers can be found here.
