Matthew Kim is a John M. Olin Fellow in Empirical Law and Finance. He is also an Affiliate at the Institute for Quantitative Social Science. His papers are forthcoming in the Journal of Human Rights and the Journal of East Asian Studies. Before joining Harvard Law School, Matthew was a Research Fellow at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs and a Teaching Fellow for the Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard Government Department, and Yale Economics Department. Matthew earned his Ph.D. in Government from the Harvard Government Department in 2017.
