Itai Fiegenbaum

Itai Fiegenbaum is a Fellow at the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation and a co-editor of the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation. Itai holds an LL.B from Tel Aviv University and an LL.M from Columbia University in New York. Itai is currently a Ph.D candidate at the Zvi Meitar School for Advanced Legal Studies, Tel Aviv University. Itai’s doctoral thesis focuses on the regulation of related party transactions with a controlling shareholder.

Prior to joining the Program on Corporate Governance, Itai has taught Corporate Law and Business Organization courses at Tel Aviv University, Bar Ilan University, Ramat Gan College of Law and Business, and the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.

Itai has published a number of articles on Corporations and Securities Laws, some of which have been cited by the Israeli courts.
