Niccolo Calvi

Niccolò Calvi is a Fellow of the Program on Corporate Governance. He is also a Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School and a Ph.D. candidate at Bocconi University. His current research focuses on corporate governance and issuances of new shares. Prior to joining Harvard Law School, Niccolò practiced two years in Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, Italy, where he advised European and U.S. corporations on corporate law matters. He holds a law degree from Bocconi University (2016) and a LL.M. from Harvard Law School (2019).
