Yun Soo Shin

Yun Soo Shin is a Fellow of the Program on Corporate Governance. She is also an S.J.D. candidate at Harvard Law School. Her research fields include corporate governance, corporate finance, political economy, and international commercial arbitration. She is also a teaching fellow and an MBA candidate at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Yun Soo clerked at Judicial Research & Training Institute under the Korean Supreme Court and advised various corporate transactions, M&As, and international commercial arbitration at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in Seoul, Korea. She is a co-author of International Handbook of Commercial Arbitration (International Council for Commercial Arbitration, Kluwer, 2012-2017), Practice of Korean Commercial Arbitration (2nd Ed., 2016), and Arbitration Law of Korea: Practice & Procedure (Juris, 2012). She was educated at Seoul National University (summa cum laude, B.S. and LL.B.) and Harvard Law School (corporate governance concentration, LL.M., degree waived). She is a member of the Korean Bar (2008) and the New York Bar (2015).
