Leeor Ofer is an editor of the Harvard Law School Forum on corporate governance, a John M. Olin Fellow in Empirical Law and Finance, and a member of the Israeli bar. She is also an S.J.D. candidate at Harvard Law School. Her current research at Harvard focuses on corporate governance. Prior to her studies at Harvard, Leeor worked as an associate at Gornitzky & Co., a top-tier Israeli law firm, where she advised Israeli corporations and directors in the fields of corporate governance, securities regulation, and insider trading. Leeor holds an LL.M (Harvard Law School; requirements fulfilled, degree waived), an M.B.A (Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specialization in banking and financing) and an LL.B. (Magna cum Laude, Hebrew University of Jerusalem)
