Bio:
Hosein Hamisheh Bahar is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance. His research interests span empirical corporate finance, corporate governance, the role of financial institutions in capital markets, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues.
He holds a PhD in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University. His teaching experience includes delivering an undergraduate course in Personal Finance. His research has been presented at leading finance conferences, including the Northern Finance Association (NFA), Financial Management Association (FMA), Midwest Finance Association (MFA), Alliance for Research on Corporate Sustainability (ARCS), Canadian Sustainable Finance Network (CSFN), and the CEFGroup Finance Symposium.
