The Corporate Governance Lab will seek to foster research using quantitative tools – including econometric, statistical, or modeling tools – in the field of corporate governance. A key focus of the Lab in coming years will be the use of data science tools to produce novel datasets that would facilitate corporate governance research. The lab is being set up and will be directed by Professor Alma Cohen.
