Craig Ferrere

Bio:

Craig Ferrere is a Corporate Governance Fellow at the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance. He researches corporate governance, corporate law, and law and economics. His current projects focus on the legal rules applicable to controlled companies.

Craig holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Before joining the Program on Corporate Governance, he clerked for the Honorable Thomas Ambro for U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He was then an associate at law firms in New York and Delaware, where he specialized in corporate litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

He was a pre-doctoral fellow at the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance, during which time he researched executive compensation and agency theory. This work was featured in the New York Times, Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg. He was named a Rising Star of Corporate Governance by the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Law School.
