David Wong

Bio:

David Wong is a John M. Olin Fellow in Empirical Law and Finance. David’s research focuses on corporate and bankruptcy law. Through surveying the restructuring outcomes of real estate developers in China, his current research examines the extent to which the legal framework in Hong Kong achieves the normative goals of restructuring.

Prior to joining Harvard Law School, David completed an LLB from the University of Hong Kong and a BCL from the University of Oxford.
