Roundtable Discussion Topics
The Roundtable will focus on current issues in corporate governance. Depending on the interests of Roundtable participants, topics that the Roundtable may discuss are: (i) the 2023 proxy season: ESG and anti ESG proposals; (ii) hedge fund activism; (iii) investor engagement and priorities; (iv) current ESG issues; (v) executive compensation; and (vi) legal and institutional developments.
