Roundtable Discussion Topics
The Roundtable will focus on current issues in corporate governance. Depending on the interests of Roundtable participants, topics that the Roundtable may discuss are: (i) Voting on Shareholder Proposals and Directors: Mid-Season Review; (ii) Compensation: Mid-Season Review; (iii) Activism: Mid-Season Review; (iv) Issuer-Investor Engagement; (v) Corporate Law Developments; and (vi) Climate and DEI Practices.
