Roundtable Discussion Topics
The Roundtable will focus on current issues in corporate governance. Depending on the interests of Roundtable participants, topics that the Roundtable may discuss are: (i) Legal/political changes at the federal level; (ii) Issuers and the ESG backlash; (iii) Investors and the ESG backlash; (iv) Engagement practices; (v) Compensation issues; (vi) Activism: Looking forward to 2025 and back to 2024; (vii) Delaware’s proposed legislation.
