Roundtable Discussion Topics
The Roundtable will focus on current issues in corporate governance. Depending on the interests of Roundtable participants, topics that the Roundtable may discuss are: (i) Toward the 2026 Proxy Season; (ii) Activism: Looking Back to 2025 and Forward to 2026; (iii) Compensation: Looking Back to 2025 and Forward to 2026; (iv) Evolving Proxy Voting, Engagement, and Stewardship Practices; (v) Corporate Law Developments; and (vi) AI and Governance.
