Anete Pajuste is a Visiting Senior Fellow at the Program on Corporate Governance of Harvard Law School and Professor of Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics (Riga). She is also a research member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI). Her recent research focuses on corporate governance and controlling shareholders. In particular, she has written on the life-cycle effects of dual-class share structures, boardroom racial diversity, and the implications of changing a default rule.
She has published in the Journal of Banking and Finance, the Journal of Corporate Finance, the Journal of Law and Economics, and the Oxford Review of Economic Policy, among others. Anete holds a PhD in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden).
