Leeor Ofer

Leeor Ofer is a co-editor of the Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation of the Program on Corporate Governance. She is also an S.J.D. candidate and a Graduate Program Fellow at Harvard Law School. Her current research focuses on corporate governance, controlling shareholders, and control-enhancing mechanisms. Prior to joining Harvard Law School, Leeor worked as an associate in Gornitzky & Co., Israel, where she advised Israeli corporations and directors in the fields of corporate governance, securities regulation, and insider trading. As a legal intern, Leeor worked at Tadmor & Co. Prof. Yuval Levy & Co., Israel, where she was a part of the firm’s M&A practice group. Leeor holds an M.B.A (Hebrew University, 2016) and an LL.M. (Harvard Law School, 2019; requirements fulfilled, degree waived).
