Bio:
Maria Eduarda Lessa is a Research Fellow at the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance. Maria is an S.J.D. candidate at Harvard Law School. Her research explores economic nationalism in cross-border deals, with emphasis on contract law and design and corporate governance.
She was in the Harvard LL.M. Class of 2026 (requirements fulfilled, degree waived) and holds an LL.B. (Bacharelado em Direito) from the University of São Paulo in Brazil.
