Bio:
Noam Kozlov is a John M. Olin Fellow in Empirical Law and Finance. Noam’s research focuses on corporate enforcement and criminal responsibility. His current research focuses on parallel civil and criminal enforcement of financial regulations, as well as the impact of criminal responsibility on corporate governance structures.
Prior to joining Harvard Law School, Noam completed an LLB (summa cum laude) and a BA in economics and philosophy (“Machpil” honors program) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He clerked for Justice Yosef Elron at the Israeli Supreme Court and interned at the Criminal Department at the Office of the State Attorney.
