Bio:

Or Morag is an LL.M. Candidate at Harvard Law School and a John M. Olin Fellow in Empirical Law and Finance. His research focuses on “social” overboarding, a phenomenon in which corporate directors hold external managerial roles in non-profit organizations, and its implications for corporate governance.

Prior to attending Harvard, Or clerked at the Supreme Court of Israel for Judge Dr. Moran Yahav, the Supreme Court’s Registrar, and practiced law at top-tier Israeli law firms, specializing in commercial litigation and class action lawsuits.

Or holds LL.M. (1st in class, summa cum laude), M.B.A. (1st in class), and LL.B. (magna cum laude) degrees from Reichman University, Israel. During his studies, he served as a teaching and research assistant in multiple fields and wrote a thesis under the supervision of former Chief Justice of the Israeli Supreme Court, Prof. Aharon Barak. His thesis examined the application of fiduciary principles to constitution-making. He has also published several academic articles in constitutional law, intellectual property, and law and technology.

Or enjoys hiking, gardening, and sports, and was previously a professional track and field athlete specializing in the 400-meter hurdles.
